Bettendorf's Printing & Design provides facilities and operating services that support the public, private businesses, government agencies, educational institutions and health care providers with their print communication needs.  The management's vision is to be the highest quality, customer focused provider of print communication services.  An essential element of this vision is deploying a flexible and scalable infrastructure to meet the growing and diverse needs of the client and industry.  Through the strategic planning process, annual work plans and management of core and purchased services, Bettendorf's Printing and Design provides facilities, equipment and knowledgeable staff that will enable their clients to implement business strategies requiring effective print communication.  

Bettendorf's Printing and Design is comprised of five integrated departments: Print Communication Management, Facility Operations, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Technical Resources. Bettendorf's Printing and Design is grounded on three basic cornerstones: Relationship Management, Expert Delivery, and Capability/Technology Development.  Delivery of services through these management systems, coupled with customer relationship management and deployment of technical resources, is the primary method in which management's vision is achieved.
